Our indoor cycling classes can be challenging but you will likely see results quickly. A regular and safe practice can among other things:

Improve your cardio health without putting too much stress on your joints

IF IT’S YOUR FIRST TIME
Please make sure to consult a physician prior to riding with us, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have any injuries or other health concerns.
Drink plenty of water before, during and after your cycling class.
Listen to you body. Stop right away if you feel dizzy, lightheaded or nauseous. Leave the room and rest in our common areas.
Wear lightweight, breathable, preferably moisture-wicking fabrics.
Bring a hand towel and a water bottle.
Lose the electronics: let us provide you with the beats.
