Hot Yoga

Hot yoga offers many of the same benefits as traditional yoga: stress reduction, improved strength and flexibility. But with the heat turned up, hot yoga can give you a more intense workout.

Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling classes are as challenging as they are exhilarating. A total-body workout that builds strength, improve cardiovascular health and burn serious calories.

Sculpt

Sculpt is designed to condition, tone, strengthen and sculpt all body parts. It’s a high-intensity, mixed-impact workout that uses weights, strength training and cardio moves.
